ANJC - Social Services Trianing
Tribes in Alaska are invited to join the Alaska Native Justice Center (ANJC) for a social services training on Monday, September 16.
The sessions will address how to engage with children at various stages of development who have experienced high levels of trauma, including de-escalation skills and crisis management, and various holistic services for healing. It will provide ICWA workers with an opportunity to share experiences and collaborate. It will include sessions facilitated by Maria Guerra, the Family and Social Services Director for the Kenaitze Indian Tribe.
